Mountains and lakes in immediate area for hiking and kayaking. Very peaceful and quiet. Peaceful, quiet family neighborhood. 40 minute drive to NYC or nearby mass transit to NYC and other locations. 1 hour to Delaware River Water Gap/Poconos, 1 1/2 hours to Jersey Shore, 10 minutes to many local lakes and mountains for hiking and kayaking. 1 hour to Catskills. Upstairs (2nd floor of house) has a private entrance and is used occasionally by host.
