Welcome to our home! You'll find that our home is a cozy place with plenty of room to enjoy alone or with family and friends. We have a wonderful wrap around porch that has a grill for your enjoyment as well as a cozy fireplace which toasts well to a glass of your liking. For larger groups with various age ranges, each can enjoy their own unique space since in our tri-level. The entire home is open with the exception to the garage. Our home is walking distance (1 -2 blocks) from Starbucks, restaurants, a movie Theater, target, Costco, Macs, Salon and Spa, Wine Bar, Cabelas, Tanning, etc. etc. This truly is a prime location for all of your needs. The town of Sun Prairie is a thriving and close-knit community just about 15 minutes northeast from the city of Madison. This area has grown extensively in popularity over the last few years. Unlike some other suburbs, Sun Prairie has everything you possibly need right in town so you never have to leave! But when you do venture out, it’s a quick hop to Madison’s East Side and Downtown, or an easy commute onto HWY 90/94 to head north towards the Dells, South towards Chicago, or East towards Milwaukee. Sun Prairie has it’s own local restaurants and cafe’s (check out Salvatore’s Tomato Pies and Beans and Cream Coffeehouse). They also have a Target, Home Goods, Menard's, Woodmans, etc etc for everyone’s shopping needs. Yes it is and Uber is a phone call away.. :)
