Incredible view! Great summer getaway!

Great for a summer vacation or a fall break! Discounted rates for week long (10%) and monthly (20%) rentals. This is a strict no pet and non-smoking/vaping property. This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood in the sought after Reed Creek area and has 110 feet of shoreline and sits on deep water with expansive views of the lake. You will have use of our single slip covered dock with sun deck which is equipped with electricity. The rental comes with the use of 2 kayaks and 2 paddles boards (seasonal) along with 4 adult life jackets. *Enjoy the renovated screened in porch off of the den and master suite which spans the lake side of the house and offers incredible views of the lake. *The deck off of the porch offers a great place to grill using our gas grill with provided propane tank. *Hang out around the fire pit off of the deck while enjoying incredible views of the lake. *The lake can be viewed from every room on the back side of the house. *With our WiFi you can access your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts on the new smart TVs. The 50" TV in the den is equipped with SmartCast and AirPlay as well as local channels using our antenna. *The well stocked kitchen has recently been remodeled and has all new appliances. We have both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker and provide start up supplies for both. *Overlooking the lake the spacious master suite on the main level has a king bed with a new comfy mattress and a large bathroom. While lounging in the bed enjoy the incredible views of the lake from the french doors which lead onto the screened in porch. *Upstairs is another 3 bedrooms and bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new plush mattress and a window seat overlooking the lake. The third bedroom has a full bed with a window seat overlooking the lake. The bonus room which is accessed through the 3rd bedroom has 4 twin beds. This is a perfect room for all the kids or for a women's retreat weekend. *All linens and bath towels are provided. *Housekeeping costs are $150 which you pay by leaving cash, check or electronic pay directly to the housekeeper before checking out. Boat rentals are available at Harbor Light Marina and Hartwell Marina. If you are bringing your own boat the nearest boat ramp is the Reed Creek Boat Ramp which can be seen from our dock. Nearby Payne's Creek Camp Ground also has a boat ramp with a courtesy dock. Great location! This is a great place to stay for Clemson football games and events as Clemson is 50 minutes by boat or car. Athens and Greenville are about an hour away and we are about 90 minutes from Atlanta. Our Reed Creek location provides easy access by boat to several on lake restaurants such as Tilly’s Tiki Bar and Grill, The Galley (our favorite), The Local and Boathouse Grill. The Reed Creek General Store is not far from the house and is equipped with all of your lake needs such as bait, fishing equipment and tackle as well as delicious homemade ice cream, breakfast biscuits, lunch items and fresh produce. Dock Depot is your stop for lake gear including tubes and lake floats. Located 5 minutes away from Paynes Creek Campground which features a 9 mile hiking/mountain bike trail, playgrounds, camp sites, beaches, etc. and about 5 minutes away from Hartwell Wildlife Safari which just opened the end of May and is very popular. Historic downtown Hartwell is a gem with good restaurants and shopping. Cateechee Golf Club, one of the premier golf courses in northeast Georgia, and Waterfall Grill are about 20 minutes away for golfing and dining.
