Pool is open April 18-October 17th, 2022 Small, perfectly trained dogs (<12lbs) may be accepted with prior written approval. In the summer months, Propane is pay per use for heating the pool and hook up to BBQ. Of note... the pool heater was not necessary the prior years July- Labor Day as it gets heated by plenty of natural sun. This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. **The 1300 sq ft lower level has undergone complete renovation. The lower level has a private office, full bathroom, washer/dryer, wet bar cabinet/coffee bar with floating bar table with velvet chairs, lounge area with 60” tv, a peloton which guests are welcome to use (just bring your own cycling shoes!!) also lots of open space for work outs. The 1300 sq ft main level was also partially remodeled with new floors, doors, moldings, anderson casement windows and upgrades throughout.
