Perfect for college students or nurses/interns working at the local VA Medical Center. The entire first and second floors of the house are freshly remodeled as of 2021. You will be renting 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor of our home and 1 bedroom with 1 full bath on the first floor. Additionally, you will have shared access with the owner the spaces of the kitchen and dining room as well as the pool and back yard. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths plus an outside changing room 1/2 bath. High-speed wifi, smart t.v., convection 5-burner gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, eat-in kitchen. The 1st floor master Bedroom is well-appointed with a queen bed, large dresser and 2 closets. 2nd floor bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed. 2nd floor Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Washer and dryer is located on the first floor of the house (ask for details). Outside you will find a cozy back yard with privacy fence and an in-ground 16x32 foot pool surrounded by a gated fence for safety. This home is located within a Stone's Throw or 30 to 40-minutes of all the entertainment you could possibly want including: Hersheypark, Chocolate World, Hershey Theater, Zoo America, The Hershey Story Museum, Hershey Gardens; The Giant Center, Amish Country all around, Lancaster, PA; Downtown Lebanon including the Lebanon Farmers' Market, The Pennsylvania Renaissance Fair, Shady Maple Buffet, Hollywood Casino, Indian Echos Caverns, Adventure Sports, Flagship Theater, Park City Mall. In addition, King Of Prussia, The Crayola Experience, Quittie Creek Nature Park, AACA Museum, Inc. Guests will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a living room, kitchen and laundry room. Guests will be sharing the 1st floor kitchen/dining room and the back yard and pool with the owners (ask for details). An access code for the front door security lock will be provided prior to check in and is changed after each rental. You are renting the 1st and 2nd floors of the home. The home is owner occupied and you will share the kitchen and dining areas of the 1st floor as well as the back yard and pool. The laundry facilities are also located on the first floor in the shared living space. However, we do work in Hershey, PA and will be gone from the property frequently. Please message us for more details. We will stay out of your hair, but will be available as needed. Walkable to downtown Lebanon with lots to do including a Farmers' Market, shopping and dining. IGA Grocery and a Turkey Hill convenience store less than 1/4 mile away for easy last-minute necessities. Lebanon Transit Authority transports from Lebanon to surrounding areas such as Hershey Park, Harrisburg and more.
