Welcome to Moose Redemption Lodge! We have now opened Summer 2022 calendar for one week booking Saturday to Saturday! We will book up for the dates we are not there! We have just one prime week available JUNE 25 to JULY 2nd. Bring your family and come hide away on a calm secluded cove on beautiful Lake Sinclair where you may find a cheaper vacation spot but we don't believe you will find a better one! As of this day in MARCH 2022, we are the only established large property on Lake Sinclair with an "Exceptional" rating - the absolute highest available! (34 Five Star reviews) We have opened up our lovely home for just a few rentals per year as we enjoy being here so much!! Out of respect for our neighbors, this home is NOT available for any graduation, prom, after-prom, Spring Break, weddings or any other type of gathering or party with guests not listed on the reservation. Our house is ideal for three couples and up to 8 kids! Our Home Features: 4 Bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level (one King Master, 2 Queens) + 3 bathrooms. There is 1 Bunk Room downstairs which includes EIGHT Twin Beds and another Full bath & shower right outside the Room. The House has high speed Internet, 4 TV's with large cable package and ROKU devices with HULU (on 2 TV's) for all your streaming services. Our home features a large screened-in (absolutely ESSENTIAL at the lake) living porch, with ceiling fans, overlooking the lake and the incredible sunsets. Located on Lake Sinclair, Eatonton - near Milledgeville, this beautiful house with a deep water dock (ideal for boating, swimming or fishing) maintains its charm and seclusion while still only an 18 minute drive to Walmart, Kroger and numerous other stores. We catch fish right off the dock . . . but throw most of them back! You can access the lake from both the upstairs and downstairs right down to our dock where you have use of the two kayaks, paddle board, air pumps and numerous recreational toys. (We have at least 14 life jackets) We recently added an outdoor ping pong table for a little added activity. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets and finish a perfect day with some s'mores around the fire-pit. Lastly, don't forget to take the ubiquitous pic of your whole crew kneeling, sitting and standing around the garden swing, under the fragrant jasmine covered trellis. We are testing allowing guests to bring one small dog but there is a carpet shampoo fee of $125 as we like to keep the house extremely clean for all guests. The fee can be paid with the reservation or separately to the carpet dude! The small print: ** Our home is not available for any graduation, prom, after-prom, Spring Break, weddings or any other type of gathering /party with guests not listed on the reservation or 100% of the deposit will be forfeited - same with unannounced pets! The use of any floatation device/toys/furniture by the lake and on the dock (including kayaks, rafts, canoes, any type of boat, ski gear of any sort, or any water craft) is strictly and in perpetuity, USED AT YOUR OWN RISK. The rates quoted are for up to eight guests. Each additional guest is an additional cost. In order for VRBO to keep the cost as low as possible for a small family, they offer homeowners the option to price their Home lower for say six or eight guests but charge for each additional guest. (This is supposedly visible as you scroll down their page). Our home is ideal for three couples with 6 to 8 kids, so the cost per couple becomes more affordable but enter the correct number of guests to calculate the final cost. There is one water heater so . . . plan accordingly!! The house has video surveillance and we ask guests to disconnect the cameras upon arrival. Primary guest will be asked to provide a copy of their drivers license. Check-in time is 5 pm and checkout is 10 am. Unfortunately, during the summer, we have to be strict with these times IF other guests are arriving the same day. Guests are asked to drop off their trash as they leave the area or the maid's husband can do it for an additional $50. Sorry but the 4 top bunk beds are not made up as the maids can't get up there! Sheets, pillows etc are on each top bunk bed. FINALLY: Occupant's are obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Putnam County ordinances, state and federal law, and such a violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied. By renting the house you agree to all of the above and relinquish the property owners of any and all responsibility in the event of any type of incident, injury or accident. Thanks!
