Take a trip down memory lane at this completely updated, professionally designed three bedroom condo with plenty of sleeping space for your large family. Designed with children’s needs in mind, we offer plenty of board games, comfortable seating, books and beach equipment. We travel with small children frequently and VRBO is our go-to when booking our accommodations. We paid special attention to every little detail in this condo, to give you all of the comforts of home. You can just show up, relax, and enjoy the space. We are one block south of Johnny Mercer’s pier, a .25 mile (7-10 minute) walk to Tower Seven, all of Wrightsville Beach’s bars and restaurants, as well as kayak and surfboard rentals are a 5 minute walk away. This completely updated condo includes brand new sheets, towels, blankets and pillows. The furnishings are also brand new. You can come and relax in comfort and style. Enjoy your coffee and people watch from our patio space. Take a run or a walk around the “loop” and enjoy the 2.5 mile paved trail that takes you around the most scenic areas of our beautiful beach town. Enjoy the picturesque scenery and nostalgic vibes of Wrightsville Beach. Learn to surf and take surf lessons from a local surf shop, rent boards and try it on your own, rent kayaks and launch them at the west end of Henderson St., an easy 2 minute walk from our condo. Rent a stand up paddleboard and launch it into the intercoastal as well. Bring your fishing gear and fish off of Johnny Mercer’s pier, one block north. Bring your bikes and store them securely inside our garage. Enjoy a delicious meal and incredible scenery at the Oceanic, a short bike ride away. Have a delicious lunch at one of the waterfront restaurants or buy fresh seafood at Mott’s Channel and eat at home! We supply all the dishes, pots, pans, small and large appliances you could possibly need. If something is missing from our collection, don’t hesitate to reach out and we will supply it if we are able. Grocery delivery services are available in Wrightsville Beach. Concierge services are also available upon request. If you're here for a special occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding celebration, etc...) and would like to arrange a special delivery (flowers, gift basket, or other surprises) to enhance your stay, let us know. We work with a local concierge service who can provide these services for an additional fee. We can create a truly unforgettable experience for you and your family! In light of the recent Covid 19 pandemic, we have implemented additional cleaning guidelines to ensure the highest possible safety standards for our guests. In addition to following the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, we are also doing the following steps to keep the condo as sanitary as possible for your stay. Rest assured that your health and safety is very important to us in the way we run our property. Please keep in mind that this is our family’s second home and we sleep here frequently. We are taking extra steps to ensure your safety and the health of our visitors as well as our own. With this in mind, if you or a member of your group gets sick, we ask that you cancel your reservation and we will issue a full refund. We would prefer that you cancel or reschedule your trip rather than risk bringing illness into our property. Cleaning crew will wear gloves, mask and will use bleach based products and other products recommended by the CDC to kill germs. All common use items will be disinfected including doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles and the like. Additionally, we will spray Lysol on all upholstered furnishings and rugs to kill additional germs. All bedding and towels including blankets, sheets, mattress pads and the like will be laundered using hot water after every use. Should you choose to bring your own pillows, linens and blankets, you are welcome to do so. Just let us know in advance. We will continue doing as we always have, providing hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent for your use. This property is an important source of income for us and we want you to be assured that we will do everything in our power to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible. This condo truly has everything you need from an outdoor shower with hot water, space to store your bicycles, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and other large items in our garage, fresh, brand new organic bedding for each bed, luxurious pillow top mattresses and everything in between. Our fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, baking dishes, Tupperware, and all of the items you need to prepare a family meal. We like to give our guests space to enjoy themselves during their visit but we are are available by text, phone or messages through the booking platform if you have any questions or emergencies. We won’t contact you during your stay unless there is an emergency. We are available by text or phone during your stay. Please limit non-emergency texts to 6:00am-9:30pm. Otherwise, we like to give you space for a relaxing vacation and won’t bother you unless you contact us. This is a family friendly unit and parties are strictly forbidden. Any loud or obnoxious behavior is not tolerated and we expect guests to respect our rules and our neighbors who we share the duplex with. Any violations of HOA policies will result in the automatic removal of guests and forfeit of rental fees. All rules are clearly posted in the unit. Our Homeowners Association forbids pets and smoking on the property. Violations of these rules will be fined $500 and any additional cleaning fees associated with cleanup. Towels are not permitted to be hung on the balcony. This is a Wrightsville Beach ordinance. We are beyond delighted to share this special place with you and your family and can’t wait for your return year after year. Alternate workspaces: The living room, dining room, or patio can be a refreshing change of scenery—and allow multiple people to work at the same time. Ergonomic support: Extra pillows and blankets for back support mean plenty of comfortable places for you to sit and work on your laptop. Good lighting: Plenty of windows or glass doors that provide natural light and desk lamps are in each room to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, granite countertops, stainless appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice maker. Coffee maker: Many guests appreciate a caffeine fix to help them get going in the mornings. We provide plenty of coffee, filters and sugar to jump start your day.
