Mañana Mesa is a sprawling 2400 sq ft Mediterranean Villa tucked away in the Joshua Tree hills. This is the ultimate space to retreat, unwind, find yourself, breathe & explore. A healing, tranquil environment to watch the bunnies and quail in the morning, view incredible sunsets during Golden Hour & stargaze at night. Miles from any cares of city life, Mañana Mesa is the full desert experience with every detail thoughtfully planned for the ultimate Joshua Tree stay-cation. Mañana Mesa is a newly renovated and restored Mediterranean villa with 3 large bedrooms (1 king bed in the master, and 1 queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms sitting on 5 acres with a very large in-ground pool perfect for endless days of entertaining and lounging with friends and family. We just added a BRAND NEW HOT TUB for the chilly winter nights ahead! Perfectly placed under the stars for a perfect night of stargazing. Joshua Tree National Park entrance is 15 minutes away. In the artists' community of Joshua Tree, you can also explore the galleries and shops and grab a bite to eat. • OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • RENTAL AGREEMENT There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation • ROADS Mañana Mesa is a Mediterranean desert Villa located about 1 mile down dirt roads, please drive with caution and arrive before nightfall when possible. • No wooden fires Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. *Propane fire pits are currently allowed. • POOL Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • IDENTITY VERIFICATION You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used. By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
