Three bedroom, two bath with double garage, detached single family house. Near Lake Harbor Drive, 3.6 miles to Madison Landing on the Barnett Reservoir (by Cock of the Walk). Central Air and Heat, same owner for nineteen years. House used exclusively for short term rental. Fenced back yard, garage door has automatic lift, All beds feature ten-inch memory foam mattresses, bought new in March, 2018. Clothes washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
