Sun room can be used as 3rd bedroom. Second floor is a master bedroom suite with double vanity bathroom, huge walk-in closet, desk area, and a separate alcove with sofa bed. Expansive deck overlooking the water right off the master bedroom with extra wide sliding glass doors. Parking available for two cars in front of garage. Quiet streets with 15 mph speed limit. Kayak and paddle boards available to launch right from the backyard. Easily access the water right from our backyard or take a quick stroll to the private beach to swim in the protected cove, jump off the diving board or just lay out in the sand. Year-round activities include: nature/bird watching, fishing, clamming and shell collecting. We have kayaks and paddle boards available for a day out on the water. Or, if you prefer, we have bikes available to explore the local area by land. For the more adventurous, there are several well-known hiking trails in Guilford on which you can spot a cave used by Native Americans. Skiing is also less than 40 min away.
