COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS: I’m an ER nurse with advanced training in infection control. After every guest stay, we ventilate the house, clean and then sanitize all floors and touch surfaces using the highest classification of disinfectant recommended by the CDC. The surfaces we sanitize every time are: bathrooms, counters, stove, fridge, microwave, light switches, knobs, handles, railings, control panels and remotes. A bottle of hand sanitizer is located in the kitchen, but please use frequent handwashing as the CDC preferred hand hygiene method. If you require any other measures for your peace of mind, please ask! This sunny, historic rowhome faces the spectacular Patterson Park, a verdant oasis located in the vibrant Canton neighborhood. Here you will see young professionals everywhere jogging, walking their dogs and socializing. You're surrounded by nature and the gorgeous Baltimore waterfront but less than 2 miles from the convention center, inner harbor and downtown. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this small two-story house is the ideal getaway for a couple or small group but able to accommodate up to 10 guests who aren't afraid to rub elbows. Please note that there is 1 California King bed in the master, a very comfortable full-sized sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom, and several queen/twin air mattresses. Guests are also welcome to sleep in the oversized LoveSac or the small sectional sofa on the ground floor. My home gets great sun through the day and has a fantastic hot tub on the quiet back patio that can fit a family of 6. My friends and I love this hot tub! I keep my home and hot tub spotless. I do my best to provide all sorts of amenities including 2 hair dryers, morning coffee, a front-loading LG HE washer/dryer with complimentary detergent, filtered water, central heating/AC, free use of spices & condiments as well as the entire kitchen and more. When you need a supermarket, you'll find a very large Safeway less than 10 mins on foot and a Whole Foods just a mile down the street. You're walking distance to everything - the amazing bars and restaurants of Fells Point, Canton square and the waterfront that connects them as well as Johns Hopkins Hospital and Schools of Nursing/Public Health/Medicine. My home is very popular with children as well - less than 1 minute on foot from your door is a beautiful pond with live ducks, frogs and herons as well as a sprawling multi-tiered playground that delights children of all ages. Baltimore's most popular ice cream shop and the local cafe are also less than a block away. I am welcoming quiet, respectful guests who will treat my home lovingly. I recommend walking everywhere for the true Baltimore experience. But for those who bring cars, street parking is free and widely available. Major bus lines to the Inner Harbor/downtown area stop less than a block away. Uber and Lyft are ubiquitous.
