Welcome to our quaint Chalet on Hickory Hills. This adorable home is one of a kind. Cozy living room with a 60" 4k TV, stocked with DVD's for a night in at the movies. A brick fireplace rises to the top of a 16 ft wood ceiling and exposed wood beams. Comfy loft offering a daybed with trundle overlooks the living and dining room area that seats 8 guests. The pavilion is equipped with a gas grill, sink, and games. Workspace in upstairs bedroom. Access to Lake Grassy is located just a short walk at the end of this street. A 517 Acre freshwater lake, great for fishing, boating, jet ski or just watching the beautiful sunsets. Launch your boat from the community boat ramp and a first come first serve boat dock with private lake access. Bikes and three fully equipped Kayaks with carts for up to 6 adults are available to our guests. Our guests can also enjoy full access and amenities at Sun 'N Lakes on the south side of Lake Grassy. Restaurants, stores, and attractions are just a short drive away.
