This short term Williston rental is fully furnished and comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, dishware, glassware). All short term units come with smart TV's in the living room and high speed internet. Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available - just ask us! Our space is also pet friendly, however, we do charge a $350 pet fee PER pet (non-refundable)! This rare rental is booked year round and for any occasion! Sleeps 4 comfortably. Coin operated washer and dryer are located in the shared laundry room on site. Although our unit does have A/C it is not central A/C. The wall unit is located in the living area of the apartment and not in any of the bedrooms. If you're staying in the summer months, leaving your A/C on and bedroom doors open will help with cooling the entire apartment. Important: Guests to make NO changes or additions to the property. This includes the interior and exterior of the building and unit itself. If we find these things to have occurred guests WILL incur additional charges dependent on what we have found to have happened.
