After raising our family in the larger side, we moved to the attached, yet fully separate apartment . We're looking to rent the larger 2,900 sq. ft., 4 bedroom/3 bathroom side, which sits on 1.5 acres with a fenced in backyard and parking area. 60" satellite Tv in big room and two other smaller tvs in master bedrooms. Escape to a 2,900 sq. ft. home on 1.5 acres. The residence has 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. The spacious bedrooms with a windowed great room are perfect for family fun or peacefully watching a stunning sunset. The smaller, yet cozy living room, is ideal for reading or just relaxing. There are 2 master bedrooms with own bathrooms. One of the master's opens to a beautiful deck in the warmer months. We are also adjacent to the Copake Town Park which has tennis court, basketball court, baseball fields, and small skateboard park. The house is also supplied with a full powered generator-so you will never be without electricity no matter the weather conditions. 2 car maximum for guest parking. Nearby is Catamount Ski Area and Adventure Park for active family entertainment, or hike Bash Bish Falls and bike the Harlem Valley Rail Trail, which are also around the corner.
