Desert Oasis with 3 Bdrms on 5 Private Acres

Step into your own private desert oasis in this unique and hidden away 3 bedroom, 2 bath home under the windmills with amazing mountain views. 15 min drive to downtown Palm Springs. The living room is complete with a substantial rock fireplace. The spacious kitchen has Quartz counters and a Wolf Range cook top. The "sun bedroom" has 2 large windows and access to a lovely covered patio with great views. FYI there is a 1/4 mile of dirt road leading up to the property. The desert! DRIVING UP: The road leading up to the house is dirt and gravel. It's about 1/4 mile long and does have some bumps in it. PARKING: There is plenty of parking, 4+ cars can park in the driveway. There is also additional parking to left of the driveway and down by the stage. NEIGHBORHOOD: It's a small, remote neighborhood that has a mix of artists, musicians and dessert lifers. While it feels remote it is only a 15 min drive to downtown Palm Springs. We are available as needed and have neighbors that can come by in an emergency. PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH. ONCE YOU CHECK-IN AND ARE ON THE PROPERTY, YOU ARE AGREEING TO EVERYTHING LISTED HERE. CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT Check In is 3PM or later Check Out is 11AM or earlier. -Guests are expected to leave the house in similar condition as they find it. . Please wash your dishes before you check-out. We take care of the bedding and towels. -Please collect all your garbage and put in the containers at the end of the driveway. Trash pickup day is Thursday. If you happen to be there on a Thursday please bring out trash by 9am. -There are 2 bathrooms here, one bathroom as a shower and a bathtub, the second bathroom ONLY has a bathtub. - The property is on septic and is sensitive. Please do not flush feminine products, make-up wipes, or paper towels down the toilet. When in doubt, wrap it up and throw it out. :) Also, please be conscientious of how much TP you use. Too much will clog the toilet. Any issues resulting in this will be subject to guest paying service call fees if the issue cannot be resolved by guest. - When using the fireplace, please make sure to keep the screen in front of the fireplace closed at all times. Make sure the flue is set to "fully open" before use. If there's wood in the rack, please feel free to use as much as you'd like. There is more wood in front of the house near where you park. -If using the heat/AC (thermostat located in the hall near the sunroom) please turn OFF when you are out of the house and when you Check-Out. - Please consider removing your shoes prior to entering house and remove any excess dirt to avoid tracking it inside. -If using the oven please be very careful as it heats up quite quickly. Check it constantly. -No loud parties. We pride ourselves for having a quiet and retreat-like property. -All guests must be on reservation to stay on property. - ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR FIRES, PLEASE! There is a fire pit down by the stage but do not use. The winds can be very strong here and outdoor fires can cause forest fires. THE POLICE WILL COME IF THEY SEE SMOKE. No outdoor fires are permitted on the property. -There is an EXTERIOR facing monitoring system on the property.
