The living room has a large flat screen television and dining area seats 4 at the table and 3 at the counter for a total of 7. Located directly on the ocean you are only a couple minutes from condo to the sandy beach. All or our rentals include linens, towels, freshly made beds upon arrival and exit cleaning. Located at 4619 South Ocean Blvd in the Windy Hill Beach section of North Myrtle Beach SC, Waterpointe 1 is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. Windy Hill is well known for its quiet family friendly atmosphere, away from the crowds and the noise of Main Street or down town Myrtle Beach, but yet is less than 5 minutes from dozens of restaurants and activities. Waterpointe 1 features a heated indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, grilling area with picnic tables, corn-hole boards, and sun decks. The spacious air conditioned lobby is equipped with sitting areas and tables for playing games, family gatherings, or just relaxing. Spend hours on the beach adding to your shell collection or start a new hobby, hunting for shark teeth. We are less than a mile from Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Bi-lo grocery store. Only 2 miles from Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall and so much more!!! This unit is non smoking / no pets allowed unit due to owners allergies. During June and July we operate strictly on a Saturday to Saturday rental schedule but during the rest of the year we allow 3 - 5 night minimum stays depending on the season.
