When we say "new," we mean NEW! Our condo was completely gut-renovated and is shiny and new (that is, except for the reclaimed barnboard finishings that came from a 1940's drive-in movie theater). This two room suite will sleep up to six people and features every amenity you could desire. Plus, the location is amazing - located right on the main road in Killington and just 5 minutes to the mountain resort, and even closer to all the bars, shops and restaurants. Your holiday will be amazing here! The Farmhouse at Killington is a modern, two room condo that will sleep up to 6 people and features a gas fireplace, dining area with seating for six, kitchen island, large smart TVs with streaming services, Amazon Alexa voice assistant, smart lights, stainless steel appliances, the "Cadillac" of showers, sliding barn doors, and much more. • We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival. • Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.) • Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. • Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets. • You must sign and return our written rental agreement. • The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
