Downtown Buffalo Art Gallery with Artist's Apt
Located in old downtown Buffalo, this beautiful building was built in 1894 as Buffalo State Bank. The retail space is now a fine art gallery. Sturges Park (2 min walk) is across the street and provides: Kayak, Paddle Board, Canoe, Pontoon, Playground, outdoor cooking, skate park, swimming, fishing, boat launch and yes... skating rink in the winter! The building has been in renovation-mode since 2014. The retail space is One Division Art, a fine art gallery, owned and operated by building owner in Apartment 1. However, Apartment 2 is for AirBnB guests / exhibiting artists as a cool space to relax and feel inspired. In essence... an overflow of gallery space. Apartment #2 is your private space. Shared stairwell up to apartments. I can be reached by text 24/7. Buffalo is known for it's antique shops and collectable retailers. The building overlooks the lake and city park that was built as a WPA project located next to the Wright County Library. Local shops, restaurants, coffee/books and even a brew pub are within a block. There is public parking SW of the building across the street and overlooking the lake. If that's full, park public parking north of the building by library. There is a local transportation van that has a range of wright county. More information in House Details upon arrival.
