This newly built Pewaukee Lake home has 4 bedrooms 3.5. baths with 40' of lake frontage with private pier and commands magnificent lake views for miles. The home is 2,400 square feet divided between 3 levels, sleeps 10 people and we have a 12-person pontoon boat available to rent. Summer boat rentals on Pewaukee Lake are limited so Reserve your boat ahead of time to guarantee use. Message us to let us know how many days you would like to reserve a boat during your stay, and we will add it to the reservation. Full day boat rentals are $800 per day (gas and life jackets included). MAIN LEVEL: Living room, kitchen, half bath and a small balcony overlooking Pewaukee Lake off the kitchen. Kitchen offers all new high end appliances including 6-burner gas stove, oversized fridge with ice maker, beverage fridge, microwave, dishwasher and reverse osmosis drinking water. UPPER LEVEL: All 4 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 full baths and laundry. The upper master suite offers more panoramic lake views including sunsets to the west and Downtown Pewaukee to the east. Master bedroom offers a desk area overlooking the lake. Master bath offers double sinks, water closet and oversized walk-in tiled shower with glass shower doors. The second full bath upstairs offers a tiled shower over tub and one sink. LOWER LEVEL: Game room lounge offers a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a 3rd full bath. Game room has smart TV, ping pong table, kids basketball hoop, multi-player dart board, and cocktail size arcade machine with over 400 games including Pack Man and Galaga. 2.5 car attached garage. OUTDOOR LOUNGE & GRILLING AREA/PRIVATE LAKE FRONTAGE: Additional items included for your stay: row boat with oars, fire pit, outdoor seating, grill with propane, ice maker in freezer, reverse osmosis for drinking water, washer/dryer, toaster, drip and pod coffee maker, blender, cleaning supplies, all utensils, towels, toilet paper (limited supply), dish soap, laundry detergent and bedding. You will want to bring your own personal hygiene products, toiletries and paper products like additional toilet paper, plates, cups, napkins, etc. One-person kayak, a stand-up paddle board with paddles, row boat and life jackets are here for your use. If you have your own boat, you are welcome to park it at our pier during your stay. VRBO collects 13% tax (8% City of Pewaukee Tax & 5% State of WI). For everyone's safety and security, we have an outdoor video camera @ the driveway entrance. We also live in the neighborhood so we are nearby if you need us.
