"Villa One & Only" is located in a wonderful south-facing position with a wonderful view of the water. You can quickly reach the open water from your own jetty, past beautiful and dreamlike waterfront residences. The Gulf of Mexico now invites you to many wonderful events. After entering this dream villa you are overwhelmed by the magnificent view over the terrace and the pool over the water. The beautiful houses in the neighborhood with their well-kept gardens and the jetties complete the picture. The open-plan American kitchen, the "Morning Room" and the "Dining Room" are connected to the spacious living room. Overall, this large open living area with the sophisticated modern furniture reflects the American lifestyle. The master suite is on the left and the guest rooms are in the right area of the house. The high-quality, open American kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for the chef on vacation. In the adjoining utility room you will find a washing machine and dryer, so that little laundry will not be a problem in between. The house is complete and very high quality. Bed linen and sufficient towels are just as much a part of the equipment as the beach chairs. Florida vacationers usually spend the day at and in the pool when they are not on a boat tour or visiting one of the many beaches. The sufficiently available sun loungers offer opportunities for extensive sunbathing and then cooling off in the large pool. With a glass of champagne you can end the evening in the jacuzzi after having prepared the best steak for yourself and your guests on the Weber Grill. You will enjoy your temporary home to the fullest.
