Newly renovated cottage, great East Hill location

We affectionately call this 900-square foot cottage “The Shack.” We purchased the then-dilapidated property in 2016 and did extensive renovation. The Shack is adjacent to our East Hill home. We have decided to use it as a short-term rental and would love to share it with you. The house features two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with a full-sized bed. It also has a full bath with shower, full kitchen and large porch with seating area and porch swing. It is largely decorated with antiques from the 1920s, 30s and 40s. It is located in East Hill, a neighborhood of older homes near downtown Pensacola. The neighborhood includes beautiful parks, walking areas and cool local restaurants.
