On hot sunny days the pool and spa are easily shaded by two massive retractable umbrellas and on cooler winter nights both the pool and spa can be heated.* There are multiple sitting areas to relax. Depending on your mood pick the outdoor couches under the patio, the chairs situated around the fire pit, or the wicker loungers on the side of the home under the pergola. House Rules ~Check in time is at 3:00 PM ~Check out time is 10:00 AM ~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind ~Guest must be at least 25 years of age. ~All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. ~Guest booking a private pool home that do not have at least to positive host reviews will be required to pay $500.00 deposit. ~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 24 days or longer. ~For stays 21 days or longer, we require a $500 utility deposit ~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee ~No Pets ~No Smoking ~No large gatherings ~No mailbox access will be granted ~For homes with a private pool or spa - If you would like the pool heated during your stay, pool heat is an additional cost of $60/day plus tax ~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature ~No smoking inside, outside of the property, or nowhere on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the home. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. **Minimum stay of 30 nights**
