The second bedroom is a main bedroom with a semi-private bath and hall access. The third bedroom has a private bath. Each bedroom has a TV. A large den with an entertainment center featuring a 46-inch TV and DVD player provides access to the decks and hot tub. Upstairs, the Jersey Paddler blossoms into a large great room with exquisite furnishings, a 55-inch LCD HDTV, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound, plus a stereo with a 5-disk CD changer, a half bath, a gas fireplace, and views of the water, sunsets, and nature. The upscale kitchen, with a prep island and a nearby dining area, allows pass-through access to the screened porch with a picnic table for outdoor seating. The waterfront sundeck is the Jersey Paddler's best seat. Sore from a day on the water? Rest in the fourth bedroom with a private bath, a TV, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, and a steam shower. Dock details: Boats recommended require no more than a 2' draft. Sound waters can be very shallow. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
