Welcome to our brand new retreat in Downtown Dade City. Enjoy your stay in this large open space studio boasting new flooring, new paint, new furniture, new kitchen and bath with a chic, industrial vibe. This loft was designed and remodeled to perfection taking into consideration every detail you may need to enjoy your stay. The loft has a nice open flow with everything at your fingertips. The kitchen features a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, basic kitchen supplies. The dining table is quaint. Relax in a king sized bed and watch the smart TV with live channels and prime movies. The bathroom features a brand new shower, sink and toilet. Feast your eyes on the very high ceilings, exposed utilities, and upper black brick walls. With impeccable renovation with perfect modern amenities. Walk to all the best restaurants, sights, and more right outside the door! Complimentary toiletries and clean towels are provided. Additional amenities include two sofas that turn into a twin bed, huge closet space, self-controlled A/C. This loft is well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use. Single or add on to one of our other two rentals "The Penny House" or "The Cave". The other half of building is "The Cave" and may be rented during your stay.
