This listing is for the entire house on the lake. We will not be there. The lake has a one-mile paved path with breathtaking views. The property has direct paved, access to the lake and trail. We are on a half a acre of beautiful gardens, with multiple places to dine and relax. There is a new sizable sand beach by house with chairs to lay out in. There is also a large pergola with swivel, rocking chairs, gas fire pit and bbq. There is a second gas fire pit with chairs by the lake for after hours louder voices. There is a kids play set, and the yard is completely fenced in. The grass area has enough space for volleyball equipment, and many lawn games that are provided. There is a large kids play structure with place for parents to watch. There are two large fountains in back yard and one in front. The back yard is all lite up with white lights. If you need a nap there is a hammock in the shade of the trees. There is a covered front porch with 2700 square feet of space in house. There is a great room with six recliners and a five person bar set. The room has a coffee and tea bar and auto gas fireplace. Everything is completely remodeled, and the kitchen has all the amenities. There is a 10-person dining room table that is great for large parties and card games, that are provided. There is a family room with very comfortable sitting and 65 inch TV. It has dart board and games. There are two desk area’s by a pit belly stove. There are three bathrooms, half bath on main floor and two full bath upstairs. There is also make up room with two light up make up stations. The house is perfect for handicapped, except for the full bath is upstairs and there are two steps up to the front door. There are five bedrooms, they all have a view of lake, and decorated well. You will have the following amenities in each room: Refrigerator/freezer Microwave Electric tea kettle (many teas) Coffee maker (many choices) Wine glasses, dishes All condiments Extra linens TV, cable, Netflix 3200 square feet House is close to great restaurants, a Danish bakery, donut shoppe, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Belmar Shopping, parks, fishing on the lake, walks, and the mountains. Golden, Morrison and the base of the mountain five minutes from I-70. Weddings are sometimes allowed with following criteria: A. Four day stay minimum B. Extra charges C. Skype with bride and groom D. 3-5, five star ratings E. All rules will be disclosed F. 20 people maximum, strictly observed (with best package) G. Tables, punch bowl and many serving bowls available.
