Lake access plus stairs make it dangerous for children. Please have adults monitoring the children at all times. No shoes allowed, dishes and garbage to be cleaned. Events will be reviewed on a case to case basis Amenity limitations Must climb stairs Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1500 Surveillance or recording devices on property There are 2 full baths and half baths in the house. .
