Cottage - comfort, great furnishings and location

Cottage is a very comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet community. Located a few minutes from downtown Covington, minutes from the Facebook campus, University of Emory at Oxford campus, and only minutes from the interstate. Sleep Number beds in all bedrooms, flat screen smart TVs, strong wifi throughout, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room, two car garage and washer and dryer. Propane outdoor grill. We do not allow more than 8 staying guests and 12 attendees, including staying guests. We do not allow guests to sleep on the couch or living room furniture. This is a no-smoking home. No pets are allowed by either guests or friends of the guests. No tampering with smoke, fire or CO2 detectors or other devices. NO professional videography or pictures without prior consent. NOTE REGARDING PARTIES/EVENTS: DO NOT BOOK UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE FOLLOWING: No parties or events allowed. No more than 4 cars allowed. No parking in street. No outdoor BBQ parties or large family reunions. Any other consideration must be approved first. We have a ZERO tolerance policy regarding these rules because of past guest experiences. If policy is violated, we will ask you to vacate the premises. This is a quiet community and homes are close together. Seniors live nearby.
