The Sunny Daze Cabin is a new construction 4br/2.5ba luxurious home with everything your group needs to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer any time of the year. This comfortable and clean home is only 15 minutes from Northstar ski resort and 5 minutes from downtown Kings Beach. It features a lake view, bright and spacious open-format living/dining area, high ceilings, 2 gas fireplaces, and a large kitchen. You also have access to a large 2 car garage for all of your winter and summer needs. This newly constructed home is spacious and clean, sleeps 8 adults, and has everything for your large group to be comfortable including a high chair and pack n’ play for the little ones. The home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with TVs that have DVD players and cable, 2 decks and 1 private balcony, 2 gas fireplaces, a large dining room table, and to top it all off- a fully stocked and spacious kitchen! The kitchen has hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal for everyone. Located right between the town of Kings Beach and Northstar ski resort, you are in the best location for any time of the year- close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle! In winter or summer, Northstar resort is a destination unto itself. During the winter it offers great ski terrain for all ability levels as well as family-friendly fun like ice skating and a movie theater. In the summer that same resort also has a world-class mountain biking facility for all levels as well as plenty of hiking trails. If hiking is your thing you are also only a 5-minute drive to one of the trailheads for the famous Tahoe Rim Trail which offers stunning views of Lake Tahoe. For those looking for a little less adventure and a little more relaxation, you are only 5 short minutes from the town of Kings Beach where you can find white sand beaches with every watercraft rental imaginable, supermarkets, boutique shopping, spas, yoga, and a wide variety of restaurants. Be sure to check the Kings Beach community calendar during your stay for the free summer outdoor concert series and farmer’s market schedule. If you are looking for concert venues and casinos you are only 7 minutes to the Nevada state line where you can find a few different casinos. This clean and quiet getaway truly has everything anyone could want. All of the bedrooms are quiet and private to provide their occupants with a great night’s sleep so everyone can feel rested and ready to enjoy their day. The master bedroom is located upstairs on the same level as the kitchen and main living/dining area. This large bedroom offers a small lake view and a King size bed. It has a walk-in closet, large bathroom with two sinks, a shower and jacuzzi tub, and a two-sided gas fireplace that can be enjoyed from the bathtub as well as the bed! The other upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own balcony that offers a nice place for a cup of coffee or some quiet time in the evenings. There is a half bathroom right next door to this bedroom but you will have to share a shower with the master or go downstairs. The downstairs area has two queen bedrooms that are separated by a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a shower/bathtub combo. The downstairs area also has its own TV/game area and exterior deck. We cannot forget to mention the large 2 car garage that has plenty of space to store vehicles as well as all of your winter and summer toys.
