Great NCAA Site. Enjoy your stay in our Elegant Country Manor Home on 3 acres. Located in Greenwood/Bargersville in Johnson County, Indiana, Center Grove area. Our house has charm with unique features. Stroll our driveway, sit on the porch at our barn or on the covered patio at the house. Private parking and views of deer and various wildlife. Features one bedroom with private bath. Queen size bed, flat screen TV, Wifi. Adults only 21 years or older. NO PET POLICY, AND NO SMOKING OR DRINKING. NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO EVENTS. No shoes worn in the house. Not handicapped accessible. No pets. The beds have top-of-the-line- mattresses, linens, blankets and pillows to provide the upmost comfort. We also provide bottled water, Keurig Coffee Maker along with granola bars and fresh fruit. We also have a pool table in the basement area. Parking on driveway pad opposite the garage.
