Ten miles from downtown Gatlinburg (20 minutes) but away from all the congestion. Nice easy drive, NO steep or winding mountain roads to get there. •Sleeps 4 •Driveway parking for one vehicle •Cleaning is personally checked by me so no detail is overlooked. Unlike hotels, ALL bedding including blankets, is washed and sanitized after EVERY guest •Gated campground •Perfect location within the resort next to the pool, laundry, game room, playground and putt putt Rest up in the King size bed before heading out to explore our beautiful area. (2 additional convertible beds in the living area with mattress toppers and all linens included). Come back early to enjoy family around the fire pit and BBQ grill on your own personal patio (roasting sticks and firewood for your first fire provided). Pull out the grilling basket that contains all your grilling utensils, net plate covers, and steak seasoning. Bonus: relax to sound of the nearby mountain stream. Need to cook inside? You will find everything you need in our kitchen.  Gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, crock pot, electric skillet, plates, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. Enjoy your day by the big family pool (seasonal, Memorial day weekend thru labor day), playing our on-site putt putt, or playing games in the arcade (all located just steps from our camp site). Bring your bycicles to ride around our large campground. Need to do a little laundry? Washer/dryer combo in the camper for small loads, coin laundry room for larger ones.  (Detergent and softener provided) In the evening,  come in and sit by the fireplace while watching a movie (Hulu, Amazon prime and DirecTV stream included). Or play one of the board games provided while sitting around the dining booth table. Shower your adventures away in the glass enclosed shower (all towels provided) before retiring to the bedroom (TV with Roku in bedroom to help you wind down) to do it all over again! **PLEASE NOTE: -We love sharing our vacation home. We only ask that you treat it with respect. -There is not a phone in the camper - If you prefer a larger shower, the bath house is just steps away. Water heater is gas and hot water recovers very quickly ****The camper is suitable for kids but isn't "child/baby proof". Please ensure that when young children accompany the group, that standard precautions are made to prevent injury & harm to young kids.**** When booking this property, all guests agree to indemnify and hold the property owners harmless from any liability for loss, damages or injury The gate code to the park and door code will be sent to you the day of arrival We live just 35 miles from Gatlinburg but still enjoy "getting away". We love sitting around a fire, walking through the campground, and the friendliness of the neighbors. Not to mention the peace and quiet.
