Sweet Escape Beach Cottage

This quaint 1930's cottage has tons of personality including original hard wood floors, ship-lap interior walls, and a cozy feel of home. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare a wonderful meal. There will be a small supply of coffee/creamer to hold you over until you can shop. There is also a new new cooking range, new refrigerator, A/C unit and a new washer and dryer. You will find everything you need for a day at the beach - wheeled cooler, beach chairs, towels and an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy toes. The sun porch is a great space for reading and napping and has a daybed with trundle. The large yard has several trees offering shade from the sun, a table and chairs to enjoy a mean and an outdoor fire pit to sit around in the evening. There is a propane BBQ Grill and charcoal grill for your convenience. The home has off street parking for 2 cars. The beach is a 3 minute walk (400 feet)from the home. There is a free Island Trolley that drives the length of the island with a stop right at the corner of Gulf Drive (our corner). Publix Supermarket is 2.4 miles north along Gulf Drive. We are only 2 short blocks from Bridge Street - Dining, shopping, mini golf, a pier, and many other activities. Saturday / Saturday rental preferred.
