Park the car and walk to restaurants/bars, stores, hiking trails abound. There are 3 condos located in this building. Each condo unit is entirely on its own. This lower unit has a small patio outside its door. This unit can be accessed via stairs from the private parking area or can be accessed without stairs via the alley behind the building. We meet our guests, show them a few specifics, give tips on area attractions/restaurants, and answer any questions. Mississippi River is just 1/2 block away, Main St is just 1 block away. Walk to everything Lansing has to offer. We have hiking/biking trail maps available in every unit. This building is located 1/2 block from the river and the train tracks. You will hear tugs and trains. The unit is located in a historic stone and wood building. You may sometimes hear the people in the unit above you.
