Completely redone inside and out, our clean and tidy lake home boasts 2310 sq ft of finished living space for your enjoyment year-round. The perfect end to a day on the lake is the beautiful sunset view you capture from the comfort of the screened porch, both bedrooms or the deck below. Enjoy the double steam shower and sleep comfortably with our high quality bedding. Come enjoy a beautiful place on Stone Lake and all that LaPorte County offers! Our lake cottage is easily adaptable to fit your needs! Whether you are a couple seeking a quiet, romantic retreat or a larger group coming to the area to enjoy the lakes and parks, this home is for you! Both bedrooms have beautiful Stone Lake sunset views, with the upper featuring an ensuite bathroom and shower. The lower level includes a full bathroom with steam shower, gathering area and space for the two twin rollaway beds. There are also lakefront views with access to the patio with table/chairs and outdoor fireplace. This is also where the full-service laundry room is. The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the family room and screened porch with a gas-burning kettle stove and eating area. We take great pride in tending to and cleaning the property ourselves after each guest stay. We are a "no shoes in the house" kind of family and we hope that the level of comfort and cleanliness shows! There is also plenty of outdoor space - a tiered patio walking down to and overlooking the lake, fenced courtyard, and access to the beach and public dock steps away. Stone Lake is approximately 3 miles around and navigable by foot or bicycle for exercise enthusiasts. We provide shampoo/conditioner, all linens including beach towels, coffee and fixings, basic condiments and paper goods.
