This recently built custom tiny home sits overlooking an agriculture homestead with livestock, fresh fruit trees, and it’s private wine grove. All handling and care of the grounds are done proudly with earth-friendly procedures by the permanent residents of the property. Make lifetime memories with your friends and family as you are welcome to pet our goats, feed the most friendly turkeys you'll ever meet, and gather fresh eggs from the chickens' coop, and pick from our organic fruit trees for your morning breakfast. Our ‘Tiny But Wine Not” home has all the accommodations of a larger home, just a smaller space! This tiny home includes a bedroom, with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a sleeping loft with a skylight to enjoy the stunning hot air balloons fly overhead. The home provides all needed utilities, including air-conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable during your stay. A hotspot is available for any work/ school you may need to do while enjoying your vacation. Although small, this home has a charming living area with a sofa and dining space along with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stovetop and convection microwave. For your comfort, complimentary water is located in the refrigerator and complimentary coffee and tea will be available for your use as well. Our Tiny But Wine Not accommodates four glampers comfortably. Enjoy a cup of joe in the morning on the wooden deck out front, and a glass of wine in the evening around your private firepit. During the day, take a short drive to one of the many wineries just minutes from our home, or bring a mountain bike and enjoy our over 40 miles of bike trails in the country. For a small additional fee, we have ample room to park your boat, if you are looking to visit one of our two beautiful close lakes: Lake Skinner or Diamond Valley Lake. Our tiny home has hotel-style amenities provided; stocked with shampoo, soap, conditioner, and all linen for your convenience. In addition, we also provide virtual buy-one-get-one wine tasting cards from 20 local wineries, discounts for local restaurants, wine tours, hot air balloon rides, a local petting zoo with a camel, and many others.
