Apartment is part of 1950’s house with great easy access to downtown amenities Guests are free to use full apartment and landing outside at top of stairs! Always available for questions or advice by phone or text The apartment is walking distance to all amenities including dining, shopping and entertainment. Downtown Monroe has lots to offer... a brewery, antique malls, great local restaurants and lots of parks and historic areas to explore! Plus it’s on 25 mins to Athens home of the GA Bulldogs!! We are close to everything no need to take your car it’s less then 1/4 mile to everything you need! If you want to drive there is plenty of parking downtown! There is parking for 1 vehicle only located at the front of the house. There is an exterior entrance with stairs! There is no cable tv or satellite however both the living room and bedroom have brand new smart TVs .
