Perfect place for a quiet getaway, nestled between the wooded hillside and the great bay. This home is truly perfect for all a couple's needs. Over looking an expansive yard and public wooded areas you are a short walk, bike, drive to downtown Atlantic Highlands; including close access to 1st Cup Coffee, Carton Brewery, Copper Canyon, Off the Deck, and the list goes on( check out my town guide). I really love the location, quiet, safe, and proximity to downtown! This house is perfect! Perfect layout for two or a small family. Lots of natural light and very quiet, the house faces a public forest walking area and the backyard is large with a huge deck off the back. Large kitchen with space for a few cooks and eat in kitchen. Everything I’m always available Best neighborhood in NJ; Atlantic Highlands is Bay side town with a direct ferry system ( Sea Streak just down the street) to NYC. A dozen great restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, boutiques, and a great posh small town feel. The best way to get around if you want to be a local is walk. The downtown of Atlantic Highlands is only a 5 minute walk from the house with a coffee shop within a short walk. We welcome pets but please note there is a fee for the additional maintenance that comes along with your furry friends :)
