Blue Heron Sandy Beach Retreat on OtterTail Lake

Come relax, roast marshmallows, take out our kayaks and dip your toes! Our sandy beach is peaceful and fun for the family. We are close to great restaurants, shops, museums and good fishing! Oversized lawn, easy parking, & room to play a game of kickball with the kids! Beachy cabin vibes on the most popular lake in the area. You will feel instantly relaxed by the wood ceilings, lake decor and open air breezeway lounge area. Three cozy bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a cute little kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook. Have your morning cup out on the lakeside patio, listen to the waves crash all night, and dream of your return trip next year! We have everything you need. Newly added central air and heat! You are welcome to use the entire space as your own. We also provide two kayaks and two paddle boards for your use, extra life jackets, a bonfire pit and sand toys for the kiddos. We are also adding an outdoor fish cleaning station by the water for your use. If you need us, please let us know and we can be there. Occasionally we may stop by to use our boat but we will not disturb you, we will just grab it and go! If you are up for a good conversation, so are we! OtterTail lake is the most fun lake in the area. We love boating over to Zorbaz pizza place, and hitting up the shops in OtterTail. We also love the new gym there Otter Fitness Garage. You can take long walks or bike rides into OtterTail and link up with the trails there. The boat access is just 1.5 miles down the road if you want to put your boat in the water and tie up at our dock. We recommend wearing water shoes while swimming as there may be Zebra mussels on the bottom of the lake that can sometimes be sharp.
