Chalet features: Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Free internet, but it is slow (you are in the wilderness). Soooo roomy. There is space to spread out and bring friends/family. Three families can easily go in on this place. Ping pong table. Charcoal Grill. (Bring your own charcoal) Laundry. A main level master bedroom suite, kitchen with breakfast bar/mini fridge, dishwasher, open great room with wood burning stone front fireplace, 2 additional bedrooms and bath upstairs, and a wrap-around deck offering plenty of outdoor recreation space. **Remember this is as close to camping as you can get without being in a tent. If you don't like bugs, this place isn't for you. The bugs and wildlife love the chalets as much as we do and as much and as hard as we work to keep them out, they will occasionally find their way in. With these not being permanently lived in, it's hard to keep as on top of the critters you would normally.** Pet Friendly. $50 one time fee for up to 2 pets. More than 2 $50 additional. Again this is a camping atmosphere. Prepare your pets. Tick and flea spray them prior to coming. Ticks are BAD out here. Short drive to golf course, Clubhouse Bar & Grille, horse stables and the new Charrette Creek Commons recreational complex featuring a pool, lazy river, fitness center, playground and outdoor amphitheater for Saturday night free concerts (May29th - Sept.3) Looking for more things to do? Additional items available for rental: (Battery powered/trolling motor) Pontoon - $75 a day and a $50 cleaning fee. Or $200 if you want it for the weekend Fri-Sunday.(Or 3 days together) Pickup 9am (or whenever you can get to it on Friday) drop off 5pm but negotiable on Sunday. HOWEVER sometimes due to weather or a prior renter, this item may be unavailable or out of commission. This is an extra we try to supply (FREE OF CHARGE) to make our guests experience as amazing as possible. But these aren’t guaranteed.
