Close to Quantico! With approximately 2000 square feet of private living space, you will have three bedrooms: a large master with a king bed, and two smaller bedrooms each with a queen, plus a sunroom/office with a futon bed. There is a master bath and a hall bath. All of this space is on the main level. Since this is where I usually live, you will find everything you need to cook a meal except the groceries. Please note: The Airbnb in the basement is locked off from both sides. You will have a dresser and closet to store your items in each of the three bedrooms. The dressers are empty except for extra sheets which can be found in the bottom drawer of each dresser. (Please don't get into the closet with a curtain next to the master bathroom.) The office/sunroom has a futon double bed. There is no dresser or closet in that room, and the French doors leading in have glass panels which don't offer much privacy. Please be careful not to trip on the small step down into the sunken front room! There is a piano in the front room, but I ask that you not play it as it is right over the living areas in the basement. There is cleared space in the pantry for any food items you would like to store. You will have full access to a wide variety of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. In addition to a large kitchen table, there is a small table where you may work in the kitchen, and a desk in the sunroom/office. There is a 55" TV with love seat and chairs in the TV room next to the kitchen. The master bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub. To assure that everyone has enough water, and because water stays in the jets, precluding sanitizing it, do not use this tub. My cleaning lady knows that this tub won't be used, so she won't deep clean it between guests. The neighborhood is quiet and off the beaten path, but it's less than two miles to Garrisonville Road and a neighborhood Walmart. Almost all of the businesses and restaurants are along Garrisonville Road, so you will have an easy time finding whatever you need. Garrisonville Road also leads directly to I-95. My driveway is very wide next to the house, so four cars can fit abreast. Two of the spaces are for the basement apartment, and two are for this apartment. In addition, since the home is on a corner, there's plenty of street parking on Bertram Blvd. I don't recommend parking on Choptank Rd. as it is quite busy. Please either turn around in the driveway or be very cautious backing out of the driveway. It narrows at the entrance, and I wouldn't want you to hit the little brick barriers or the traffic! You will have complete privacy, but help is only a phone call away! I will send an employee to help if needed. The wooded neighborhood is safe, quiet and secluded, yet minutes from shopping and access to I-95. A Neighborhood Walmart is 1.7 miles away, and many restaurants can be found within four miles. You will need a car to get around, but the Neighborhood Walmart is less than two miles away! Since there is another apartment in the basement, PLEASE be very careful not to make too much noise -- especially during quiet times. Please don't play the piano as it is right above the family room in the basement. Although you will have plenty of space for your items, this is my home most of the year, so there are a lot of my personal items throughout the house. I've tried to give you plenty of space to store your items, and I ask that you not access the few areas where my things are stored.
