Flo’s Lakefront Getaway...right on the water

This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. One of the king rooms also has 2 chairs that unzip and fold out into twin beds. The lakeview Queen room has a new Serta pillowtop hybrid mattress. This lake front property is located on Higden's point on Greers Ferry lake. With a large lake front lot and walkable access, you can enjoy swimming or fishing or kayaking right on the water. the lake house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and new cozy bedding. The large backdeck is a nice place to relax and enjoy the view on our 4 rocking chairs or patio table and chairs and loungers on patio below. Guests have access to the entire property, including kayaks and paddles in the garage Cindy is available by text or phone call anytime. Higden, Arkansas is a small community on Greers Ferry Lake. Flo's is around the corner from Lacy's Marina and Narrows Campground (around 2 miles by car, and appx 1 mile by boat). Flo's is located in the quiet family neighborhood of Higden. We ask that all guests observe quiet hours after 10pm nightly to respect the neighbors.
