Overland Drive is exactly 1.5 miles around and perfect for walks or runs. Good fishing within 5 minutes. Lake access within 20 minutes. drone park 15 minutes. We have black soil that continually moves with moisture fluctuations. if you are here and we get more than 2 inches of rain in a day you will see standing water. we have 2 sprinkler heads on back of property attached to our septic system, do not play in them, it's treated water but we dont let our kids play in them.
