Mini Resort! Heated Pool! Hot Tub! Best location!

Please read the following description in it’s entirety - **But especially the top three important notes/rules!! ** before booking! 1.) NO MORE THAN 12 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AT ANYTIME DURING YOUR STAY!! Although this seems like a party house, it is not! We have spent a lot of time and money to make this a true oasis for families and small groups of friends to truly relax, unwind, and “get away from it all”. No parties, events, or groups larger than 12 people are allowed. This will be strictly enforced! 2.) This property is located in a residential neighborhood where all the neighbors are full-time residents. Although we want you to enjoy the beautiful, relaxing, inviting outdoor area… Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM on the weekdays and 11 PM on weekends. No loud music may be played after those hours! Please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors!! 3.) We have installed a heater on the swimming pool to make the pool comfortable for year round use! But please note: the heater makes the pool water comfortably cool and inviting (approximately 80° to 85°). The pool will feel cold and invigorating upon entering (just like in the summer!) But comfortable enough to swim in as long as you’d like! (if it is very, very cold outside… You will feel very, very cold getting in and out of the water!) The swimming pool will not feel warm like bathwater! (but there is a hot tub for that kind of experience!) Now for the fun stuff!!! Location, location, location: Less than a mile from Schlitterbaun and Moody Gardens. Less than 2 miles to beach! Less then 2 miles to Galveston Island Convention Center! Close to shopping, restaurants and movie theater! 5 minutes from I45 Less then 5 miles to Pleasure Pier Less then 5 miles to Port of Galveston Cruise Terminals! Amenities: **Private Sparkling pool** **Pool can be heated for year round enjoyment** **Over-sized hot tub** **Big fenced backyard** **Large deck and covered patio** **Gas BBQ grill** **Outdoor gas fire place** **Pool table** **Watch the fireworks from Moody Gardens, right in the backyard, all summer long on Fridays and Saturdays!** The outdoor space: Pool table, lots of yard games, outdoor television, fireplace, hot tub! Swimming pool is 4’5” all the way around. Great for floating/ splashing/relaxing...not a diving pool!! The eating/cooking space: Large well-stocked kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, Large side-by-side refrigerator, Smooth glass top stove and large pantry, Coffee and tea provided. Dining room offers bench style seating for up to 10 plus additional seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The sleeping space: Master bedroom consists of queen size bed and also has private bathroom with large “garden style”, step-in shower, and double sinks. Second master sleeps 2 in comfy king size bed. Third bedroom sleeps 3 in a bunk bed with double on bottom and twin on top. Fourth bedroom/den sleeps up to 5 with 3 older kids/teens in the 3 twin beds in built in loft – (super fun for kids) – plus 2 more in queen sleeper sofa in room **PLEASE NOTE: The loft has a tall ladder to get in and out. It’s most suitable for kids over the age of about seven or eight through about mid 30s. It would not be safe for children under seven nor would it be easy to use for middle-aged adults. (Unless they are particularly fit!) The living space: Cozy living room with leather couches and plenty of room for watching the big screen TV. Additional space with kids/teen hangout “den” and 2nd big screen TV 2nd/hall bathroom also has double sinks and tub/shower combo. Home is equipped with a tank-less "endless" hot water system...you will NOT run out of hot water during your stay! Large capacity, high efficiency stacked washer and dryer unit are available for your convenience! House/neighborhood: Charming stucco home in quiet neighborhood. Parking for up to 4 (compact) cars in driveway and street parking allowed as well. The pool is easily accessible and therefore I recommend families with toddlers or young children (that cannot swim) be aware and take that into consideration. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or concerns We apologize, but due to the damage caused to landscaping and other factors, there is to be ABSOLUTELY NO CRAW-FISH BOILS on this property. Please be aware that doing so could mean partial or complete loss of your deposit due to having to hire landscaping company to replace dead grass, shrubs, plants, trees, etc. Thank you advance for adhering to this rule! Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records front porch activity and those entering/leaving the home. There are no devices inside of the home.
