Equipped with kitchen, dining, and living area. Private bedroom with 2 queen beds. Bedding and towels provided. Wi-Fi provided with Smart TV. Exercise room in the attached single stall garage (no indoor parking). Located between Fort Dodge and Humboldt just southwest of Hwy. 169. Our Front Porch Cottage is a mix of old and new! With an old hearth fireplace with copper accents and cozy living space to newly remodeled flooring and furniture. Its a clean and comfy place to stay! On an acreage with daily bald eagle sightings along with other wildlife! Upon arrival, you will have complete access to the cottage. The owners live onsite, so if you need any help, they're usually around. You will have an access code to the front door. There is also access to laundry when requested to host. We live on the property and are almost always around for any help you may need. The cottage is located on an acreage. The neighbors are the owners of the acreage. The cottage is shared on a property with a duplex on 18 acres of land. You are welcome to roam around and go to the river. We want our guests to make themselves at home! Out door fires are okay as long as the county isn't under a fire ban.
