You will find 4 appealing sized bedrooms and 2 full baths off the main living area all on one level. This home has been charmingly refreshed with modern coastal decor'. The kitchen is well supplied and offers a Keurig and a coffee pot. Start your day in the oceanfront sunroom or sundeck taking in the magnificent vistas of the ocean, beach, and gorgeous sunrises! There's a generous size oceanfront sundeck space with steps leading down to the beach! After putting the kids to bed, relax and enjoy a quiet evening taking in the beautiful sunsets from the sunroom or sundeck. Only Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals during the summer months of May, June, July and August. A minimum of 3 nights, weekly, or monthly rentals are available October through April. Publix and Dollar General are less than a mile, and Food Lion is 1.3 miles from our house. After your day on the beach you can enjoy many great restaurants nearby on Oak Island, and within a short driving distance, (15 minute drive), to Southport Marina.
