The Chillhouse Deerfield beach - Hottub

THE HOUSE: Our fully renovated 2 bed 2 bath home has a circular driveway to park your car and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 people and we can also provide a pack n play upon request. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a in suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. If you have more than 4 guests, we have a sofa with a pull out bed with a memory foam queen size mattress to accommodate 2 people. Master bathroom has a shower no tub only the 2nd bathroom has a tub. We provide body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, hand soap and of course toilet paper. Living room is open layout with a 70 inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix account, several apps you can log in with your own accounts, fast complimentary wifi, game boards under the tv and also a USB plug in the kitchen with an apple tv charger. Kitchen has everything to prepare a meal including an air fryer. We have a regular coffee machine (we provide coffee/cream/sugar) and we have an original Nespresso machine that you can use (we provide a few capsules but if this is your preference please bring your own capsules). We do provide dish soap, laundry sop, a few dishwasher pods, garbage bags and one paper towel that will get you through a few days. Our backyard is fenced in with a beautiful Hot tub where you can relax, enjoy the weather, play some games, read a book or whatch some tv on the outdoor couch. Washer/dryer is available as well we do provide a few laundry pods, 4 beach chairs and 3 adult bikes available in the garage. Conveniently located 1.5 miles to the beach where you will find our famous fishing pier, oceanfront restaurants with live music, boat rentals, surf lessons, paddle board rentals etc. Less than 1/2 mile away from restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts, Publix and about 15 minutes from Whole foods, golf courses, movie theaters, about a 6 minutes drive to Mizner in Boca Raton. Deerfield beach aquatic Center is 2 minutes away. Please visit their website for hours of operation and access fees. As of Jan 2021 is $3-$4/day and Hours of Operation Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. https://www.deerfield-beach.com/66/Aquatics PETS: We do not accept cats due to allergies but we do consider dogs up to 20 pounds are welcome but you need to disclose when booking since I will be adding an extra $100 non refundable fee. No dogs are allowed without my consent. If you ever leave the house the dog has to be in a crate and under no circumstances you will take the dog to the backyard for potty or let the dog in the hottub. Please be considerate and respectful towards all of our guests. IMPORTANT: This is not a party house or a place for gatherings for a birthday party, baby shower... guests not on the reservation are not allowed at the house at any time.The maximum number if guests at any given time is 7. Person booking the house needs to be present throughout the stay. MAINTENANCE: Please note, in order to maintain the house so all of our guests can have the same experience, we do have weekly and monthly maintenance that cannot be accommodated in between guests sometimes so you will most likely see someone cleaning the hottub weekly, landscaper every other week etc. GUESTS WITH NO REVIEWS: Must send a copy of your picture ID directly to me and must be over 25 years old. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. Once I accept your reservation, I will be sending an agreement to be signed along with the house rules.
