We’ve equipped the apartment with everything you need including an in-unit washer and drying rack. And outside you can walk down the block to a nice park for some outside time and nature. Near Hospitals: Temple University 2.2 Miles Temple Episcopal .6 (3 Mins) Thomas Jefferson 2.1 Miles Penn Medicine 2.1 Miles CHOP 3.8 Miles The Space: This is a nice spacious apartment.  Two separate private bedrooms include windows for fresh air and sunlight, AC in each room, closet space, comfortable beds and linens provided.    The living room area is designed for people to gather and share time together.  There is a comfortable dining area, a full kitchen with all trimmings to make homemade meals or just to have a cup of coffee or tea.  A large couch allows you to make it a movie or binge TV night.  The couch opens into a sofa bed. The dining area has seating for 2 and we have additional seats on site.  You can also use this as WFH "Work From Home' station.  We offer powerful reliable wifi.. The kitchen is fully stocked with an electric oven and stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates, utensils and everything you need to enjoy making meals or eating at home. The Neighborhood: This is an Inner-City Neighborhood called Norris Square (named after the park down the block) and the area is under major transition & development.  We have a mixture of local residents and many new Millennials’ moving into the area.  You will see that with all the construction and development taking place all around even directly across and up the street.  Many of the residents on this block have been here for years and it's only 8-12 minutes by subway to get to Center City and all Historical points.  There is "FREE STREET PARKING" since there are no meter restrictions. At anytime you can walk one block to Norris Square Park and spend a day with nature, playing with the kids, or sitting back and reading a book.  We are also right next to Fishtown which is a vibrant area for restaurants, bars, lounges and social life.  Fishtown is literally next to us.   Getting Around: The subway is located behind the property at the "York/Dauphin" Station and there is another station called “Berks Street” on the Market Frankford Line only a few blocks from the apartment (We recommend the Berks St station).  You can board at Berks Street and in 2-stops you will be in Fishtown & Northern Liberties which all have Restaurants, shops, bars & lounges. These two neighborhoods have an incredible array of nightlife and social spots for all to enjoy.  4-Stops from the apartment you will be at the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, The Constitution Center, and Center City.  You can also Uber for $8-12 depending.    This is a 3 story building and the apartment is on the 3rd floor.  Two flights of steps going up.  You will have the apartment privately.
