It includes a living room and large family room for entertaining, including plenty of games and foosball table. The screened front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or listen to the crashing waves. The backyard is the perfect place for barbecuing while playing a game of corn-hole (included). The beautiful private beach frontage provides miles of accessible shoreline, swimming, kayaking, chasing sunsets, and more. **Bedroom 4, sleeps 4 people and is a bonus room above the garage that has been remodeled. It includes a mini fridge, Kurig, WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning, heat, and seating area with large window. There is no bathroom in this room.
