This space as everything to offer! You have seclusion while still in close proximity to the Allegheny National Forest, Kinzua Dam, Chapman Dam, hiking, fishing, biking, snowmobiling, hunting & so much more! You can still feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere while only being 4 miles from downtown Warren. This beautiful home sits on 43 acres with an adjacent 2.5 acre pond. Enjoy the view of the forest & the wildlife right off the porch. Farm fresh eggs available daily. The space has a very open concept and suitable for larger families and kids. The entire front of the garage is available for parking. The kitchen is fully stocked with most cooking essentials. A fully stocked bathroom with washer and dryer and all essentials. (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, cotton balls, laundry soap, hair dryer, towels, wash cloths, iron/ironing board and more) There is an outside fire pit with firewood provided and a grill grate with s’more sticks. Enjoy relaxing by the fire or on the back porch. Feel free to walk around the pond or large yard or on the trails around the property. There are free ranging chickens - they are very friendly! The BnB is above a private garage with the entire front of the building available for parking. I do not use the lower garage while guests are in the BnB to not disturb anyone. Feel free to call or text at any time. I am willing to help with anything or any questions. I am typically always around or in the area. This space is almost a mile off of the road for total seclusion and peace and quiet. Being far enough away from town and the city lights makes for beautiful sky’s at night and for star gazing! I am unfortunately unable to provide Wi-Fi because of being so far off of the road it isn’t available to me. I also cannot provide charging of electric cars. Please also note the pond is private (no fishing or swimming) but feel free to walk the path around it!
