As per our policy if there are more than the agreed number of people in the home at the time of booking that there will be additional $25 fee per night per person that will incur. *Parties and events are not allowed *Pet Policy: Non-refundable Pet Fee: $150.00 (for one pet) For more than one pet, there will be a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for each additional pet. **Guest is liable for any damages or soiling on the premises resulting from a pet stay. ** NO CATS "With great power, comes great responsibility." **A $500.00 fee will be charged for any non-disclosed pet We give our guests space but we are available when needed!
