Vintage 1950's cabin w/ remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Lovely deck overlooking 11th Crow Wing Lake. Beach view/access, docks, pontoons, and fishing boat rentals. Basketball court, volleyball court, on-site hiking trails. 1 mile to scenic Heartland Bike Trail. 2 miles to ATV trails in Paul Bunyan State Forest. 35 minutes to Itasca State Park. Kitchen has newer refrigerator, newer gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, electric mixer, crock pot, 6 pots, 4 skillets, 3 pans, 3 casserole dishes, 6 mixing bowls, cutting boards, colanders, muffin tins, cake tins, baking sheets, measuring cups & spoons, utensils (corkscrew, 3 tongs, 4 spatulas, whisk, scissors, masher, scoop, etc.) wine glasses, coffee mugs and enough plates, bowls, glasses, flatware for six people. Salt/Pepper, cutting boards, non-toxic dish soap and scrubbie (bring kitchen towels!) Private cabin, parking for 2 vehicles (and trailers.) Access to long sandy beach (200 feet) and several docks (one dock space for your own boat comes free with cabin rental.) 11th Crow Wing Lake is headwaters to chain of Crow Wing Lake & River system. 17 feet clarity on average - spring-fed. Lake known for trophy walleye, numerous small pan fish, good large-mouth bass. Typically guests will go to sleep with loons wailing. Bring peanuts as the wild chipmunks will eat out of your hand. We are surrounded by state and national parks, on a spring-fed lake in northern Minnesota, but only 2 miles from a little town with conveniences. The best of both worlds. Located 10 miles from Walker, MN (small airport), 40 minutes to Bemidji (regional airport w/ commuter/partner airlines to major airlines.) Lodge take-out window serving pizza, ice cream treats, bottled soda. Laundry room w/ 4 coin-op washers and 6 dryers. Covid StaySafe initiative in effect. Green cleaning of all cabins.
